Our Services

As a leading diversity firm in Boston, InOrder Business has a long history of partnering with organizations and companies to meet their needs by implementing diversity, equity, and inclusive plans with a commitment to integrity, service, quality, and innovation.

We keep your business InOrder.

  • We design and implement tracking systems and monitor state, local and federal wage reporting and perform ongoing and consistent analysis of the data to ensure optimal results for a diverse workforce.

  • We help owners manage their projects, from initial acquisition and pre-development stages, through construction and completion. We will ensure greater diversity is achieved in a responsible way by introducing our clients to MBEs, WBE, and VBEs with proven success.

  • Community engagement and developing strategic partnerships helps to optimize diversity implementation and success. This is accomplished by forming ongoing relationships with community advocates, pre-apprentice programs, job seekers, union representatives and others.

  • Our goal is to help the UBE become a strong and successful partner, therefore, we provide much-needed back-office services including state, local, and federal certification packaging, accounting services, contractor pre-qualification, business, and strategic planning services.

  • Research and Development activities and surveying for program and process improvement.

  • Plan development and write-up for state and local government required AA/EEO plans according to the 16 Steps to Affirmative Action Compliance.

  • Coordinate and lead training seminars and workshops.
