Technical Assistance: Breaking Industry Barriers

In response to an RFP from the BPDA, InOrder Business secured a contract to design and execute a Technical Assistance study.  Over the course of the last 9 months, IOB has completed a comprehensive analysis of both the availability and utilization of Boston Planning and Development Agency’s Technical Assistance program, including benchmarking and reporting on best practices employed by other cities across the country.

Behind Boston Planning and Development Agency’s Technical Assistance Program

As InOrder Business nears completion of our work, the findings and recommendations will inform the future of Boston Planning and Development Agency’s Technical Assistance program as a critical part of the Equitable Procurement Plan.

InOrder Business is grateful to our partners at Calyptus Consulting Group for their support on this project, as we look forward to continuing to provide valuable advocacy and resources to the Underutilized Business Enterprise (UBE) community.  As both a recipient and provider of Technical Assistance, InOrder knows firsthand how impactful these investments are to emerging UBEs.
