ENCORE HOTEL CASINO

WYNN DEVELOPMENT

America’s 1st five-star urban gaming resort. This 34 acre, 3 million square foot, 24-story casino and hotel is situated along the Mystic River in Everett, MA. It features a 210,000 square foot gaming facility, 600 luxury hotel rooms, a public waterfront park including a boat dock with sweeping views of the Boston skyline.

CASH HOUSE

HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL

On September 29, 2020, Harvard Business School (HBS) announced that it would honor James I. Cash, a retired HBS faculty member known for breaking barriers for Black people and for his leadership at the School, by renaming a building on its campus. They are committed to enhancing diversity in the stewardship of its facilities by increasing participation of minorities, women and greater Boston residents and embrace change to promote and sustain diversity in the buildings and construction industry.

BUNKER HILL HOUSING

LEGGAT MCCALL

Bunker Hill is the largest public housing development in the City of Boston with 2,699 units in 16 residential buildings, including 1,010 deeply affordable units and 1,689 market-rate units. Demographics indicate the following: Population is comprised of approximately 75% Caucasian, 11.2% Black/African American, and 7.6% Asian. Their goal is to create a strategy for optimizing the economic impact that the Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment project will have on Charlestown residents, people of color, females, and the local business and contracting community. Specific attention will be given to opportunities or initiative that will have a positive impact on the current residents of Bunker Hill Housing.

Amenities include a lobby with a fireplace and concierge, courtyard seating area, common roof decks, and private roof decks and balconies.
