Working on behalf of the Owner/Developer or Construction Manager to develop strategic roadmap to achieve M/W/V/DBE (and other UBE goals)

Provide knowledge of UBE expertise, qualifications and capacity to Estimators and Procurement Team

Hold Subcontractors accountable to optimizing their efforts to achieving UBE goal

Ongoing monitoring, reporting and “Corrective Actions” when necessary
